Villa Gaïa, pretty architect's house, recent and contemporary, will charm you with its many assets: located high up with a breathtaking view over the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, beautiful terrace and heated pool in mid-season, careful decoration, large living room with open kitchen fully equipped, 4 bedrooms. In a quiet area, close to Saint Tropez, its port, its town centre and its Provencal market (possible on foot approx. 1. 5 km). Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort and the beds are made on arrival. Housing The Villa Gaïa, with swimming pool and petanque ground, is located in a quiet place, on a 1100 m² ground, a little on the heights at the entrance of St-Tropez, allowing a magnificent view on the bay and its big boats. With a surface area of 150 m², air-conditioned, it consists of a large living room on the ground floor with an equipped kitchen (hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. ) and a terrace access for your meals. You will find a separate toilet at the entrance as well. The 4 bedrooms are located on the garden level at the swimming pool level (access is by going down an inside staircase), where sunbathing will allow you to fully enjoy. Each room has its private bathroom (bath or shower + washbasin): two have a double bed 160, one has a double bed 140 and the last has 2 single beds 90 joined together in a King Size bed 180. Beds can be separated on request if required. A 2nd WC is available. The swimming pool is heated from April to October/November approximately (variable depending on weather conditions) and can be closed with an electric shutter. The garden is enclosed. Other remarks Pets are not allowed. Baby accessories available on request: a cot and a high chair. Quartier Quiet area, ideal location for enjoying tropezian evenings, restaurants and cafes and numerous shops. This small seaside town, very touristic, is the place to know in France. The airports of Nice, Marseille and Toulon allow relatively easy access for foreigners on holiday. Access to the Bouillabaisse beach at less than 1 km and several beach restaurants (8-10 min walk). The magnificent beach of Pampelonne is less than 5 km away. Gassin, Ramatuelle, Grimaud typical Provencal villages are worth a visit as well as Port Grimaud, Sainte Maxime and Cavalaire all three located on the seaside. Transport Possibility to park up to 3 cars: 2 behind each other on the garden side (outside, closed by electric gate) and 1 in front of the house (free parking).
