You will find everything you need to prepare your meals in the contemporary design, fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is equipped with a modern bathroom with a double sink and a large shower cubicle and a toilet. If you prefer to dine out, you will find many restaurants nearby: the Golden Square, the Krutenau Neustadt are very lively areas, with pleasant cafes and restaurants. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and all other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device in this apartment will result in a 250€ extra cleaning fees. Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities. However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of € 60 for cleaning costs will be billed to you.
