The guests of this beautiful portion of a semi-detached house located near Tortora Marina (province of Cosenza) enjoy two swimming pools: an in-ground pool for shared use and an above-ground pool (6x3 m) for their exclusive use. The property is located in a panoramic position, in the splendid setting of the Riviera dei Cedri and one side of the house faces the sea. It is the perfect solution for a regenerating holiday away from the chaos of the city while being close to the beautiful beaches and lively tourist citiea in the area. The ground floor consists of a large living area with living room, kitchen and two bedrooms with bathroom. On the first floor there are two bathrooms and three bedrooms, one of which has four beds, and a splendid terrace with panoramic sea view equipped with whirlpool (four places). On the second floor there are a bedroom, a bathroom and a panoramic solarium terrace, ideal for relaxing. In the garden area reserved for the guests there is an above ground swimming pool and a fitness area with some equipment, while the in-ground swimming pool, shared with the owner, is on the other side of the house. An outdoor shower, gazebo, deck chairs, sofas and barbecue are also at your disposal for your barbecues with family or friends. The accommodation is particularly suitable for families with children or groups of friends who spend their holidays together and your inseparable four-legged friends are also welcome here! The famous resorts of Praia a Mare (3 km) and Maratea (14 km) can be reached quickly from here, but the splendid Diamante (approx. 31 km) can also be reached by car in approx. half an hour. The historic center of Tortora will enchant you with its atmosphere, with its stone portals and its picturesque houses.
