With shops, restaurants, pubs, golf and riverside park just a short stroll, it is the perfect base for a peaceful holiday. The surrounding countryside is a walkers’ paradise. The local train station is a short walk away giving easy access to many fine parts of Cornwall. Fowey’s colourful old houses and quaint narrow streets, Charlestown’s harbour and tall ships, and Eden Project are a short drive away. The living room with dining area to one end, boasts a comfortable sofa and is a great place to relax in front of the log fire at the end of the day. And things we would draw to your attention: Firstly, Geranium cottage is just that - a traditional stone cottage in a small Cornish town, headroom in the beamed kitchen and bathroom is manageable but quite low. The cottage is on two storeys and the staircase is steep,so probably not suitable for the less mobile and there are no ground floor bedrooms. Like most properties in Lostwithiel and many Cornish towns, Geranium Cottage does not have off street parking.
