Its central location gives easy access to the whole island's fantastic beaches and sights and of course to the historical, captivating, Corfu Old Town. The spacious intriguingly designed by the owner and stylishly decorated interior spans 3 levels. Impressive wooden roof beams, stone, wooden flooring, warm atmosphere. The whole space is bright and airy as there are many patio doors, and windows all equipped with mosquito nets. This inviting villa can accommodate up to 8 people with the needed comfort and privacy for our guests. Consisting of the Main Building and the Guesthouse features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with AC, ceiling fans, built-in wardrobes, patio doors, and windows with mosquito nets. Sleeping arrangements Bedroom 1- Mezzanine: ensuite bathroom, double bed, built-in wardrobe, immediate access to the patio. Bedroom 2 - Top floor: ensuite bathroom, king-size bed, built-in wardrobe, private balcony with outdoor furniture. Accessed by its own staircase. Bedroom 3 - Top floor: accessed by its own wooden staircase, equipped with two contemporary single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe, private balcony with outdoor furniture. Bedroom 4 - Guesthouse: double bed space with a view and direct access to the garden Main Building The ground floor (1 st level) comprises the following rooms: A living area with a fireplace, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a comfortable corner sofa. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with all the electric devices and a breakfast table for 6, as well as the main enormous bathroom. The main bathroom comes with a huge corner bath, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a big built-in wardrobe with provided hairdryers, bath and pool towels, iron and ironing facilities, all the necessary toiletries, cleaning and disinfection products. The mezzanine on a higher level comprises the first bedroom (see sleeping arrangements) and a second dining area with a big wooden table for 8 people, and a minibar with traditional wines. Both areas on this level have immediate access to the patio. Guesthouse A flat space of 35sqm in the lower garden space with a double bedroom, lounge, kitchen, and a bathroom can perfectly accommodate 2 people. Outdoor space The recently renovated outdoor space features a Private Infinity Pool & Whirlpool Spa on the stone-paved pool area. Provided Sun Loungers, Parasols, a wooden Hammock, and an outdoor Shower (Pool Towels provided). In The extensive fenced and well-maintained gardens, you can relax and share many hours of entertainment with your family and friends. From the big Outdoor Dining Area under the built-in BBQ and the Sitting Area under the Gazebo, you can enjoy great views and unwind your mind completely, disturbed only by the bird's and cicada's singing. Free Private Parking and Wi-Fi internet connection is also provided. The 7-acre private property which surrounds the villa is fitted with olive trees, and fruit-bearing trees is fenced, and perfectly accessible. The villa as well as the whole property runs entirely on solar power Please note that due to the number of steps and the existing stairs indoors the Main Building is not recommended for guests with walking difficulties. Gastouri village on the other side is a Corfiot traditional village with narrow streets and only a few hundred metres down the hill. There you can find the famous Achillion Palace. In the centre of the village, you can also find Hectoru's Bakery, famous for its village bread which has been baked at Hectorus Bakery for more than one hundred years.
