Located close to the Beaumont-du-Perigord fortified town, on the border of the Perigord Pourpre and the Perigord Noir, between Sarlat and Bergerac. This character house is ideal for holidays with family or friends. The house boasts 6 bedrooms with double beds, a new sofa bed, and 2 single beds. Bedrooms are spacious, with brand new bedding and 4-star hotel quality (resort mattresses with memory foam mattress overlay and feather duvets). The full kitchen is mixes modern and traditional (4 gas range hobs, electric oven, microwave, American-style fridge, dishwasher, espresso machine, and ice maker). Washing machine and dryer are available. The gym and games room has a rowing machine, an elliptical bike, a sauna, a billiard table, a Nintendo Wii, and library for your use. The living room, in the centre of the home, has a guaranteed freshness when the sun shines on the terrace and a large fireplace (functional) for your enjoyment on winter evenings. In the garden area you can enjoy a wooded park of more than 10,000 sq.m, filled with ponds, frogs, ducks, and all types of wildlife to impress and enchant people of all ages. Splash around in the sunny pool and enjoy the clear view of the grand Bannes Castle creating a wonderful haven. Children can use the playground with swing, climbing wall, and giant trampoline, Ride bikes, hike, kayak and take boat rides along the Vézère or the Dordogne nearby. You will be at the centre of the Dordogne´s great tourist attractions: prehistoric caves of Lascaux and Eyzies, vineyards and cellars of Pecharmant, Bergerac, Montbazillac, and Bordeaux.
