It will be the perfect base for you to enjoy a truly exceptional "home away from home" experience! Other things to note Please note that if the keys are lost, a £100 charge will occur. If the keys are locked in the property instead of the key safe upon checkout (or if you locked yourself out), a £50 charge will occur. Please note that this is a strictly non smoking home. Please understand that our cleaners take cleaning during these times VERY seriously, but are not paid a higher wage then before the pandemic. In fact they are paid an average wage. We often get feedback from guests that the cleaning fee is to high, however guests should know the cleaning fee is made up of a split between linen hire 60% and 40% paid directly to the service provider cleaner. Therefore, if you do the math the cleaners are not paid exorbitant amounts of money to do a very important and hard job. Please take this into consideration when booking or especially when asking for compensation. We don't want to take money away from cleaners in these difficult times unless there is a legitimate cleaning complaint. Additional linen and cleaning service can be arranged for an extra fee.
