Villa Playa Del Blanca  is a delightful 4 bed villa is ideally located within easy walking distance to the centre of Playa Blanca. A particular feature of this stylish villa is the internal, semi open-air Canarian garden which serves as a unique entrance hall to the villa's four bedrooms. The villa also has the added attraction of an eight seater outdoor hot tub. We also offer the neighbouring villa next door (Villa Playa Del Flamingo) for larger groups wishing to holiday together. The villa has gated off road parking and a safe. The kitchen is well equipped with a Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Hob, Fridge-freezer and a  Washing Machine. The lounge gas comfortable sofas with a tv with UK channels (IPTV) and leads to the kitchen. From the lounge there are French windows that open onto the terrace and pool area. Bedroom 1 -  Master bedroom with Double bed, built in wardrobes and French windows leading to patio. Ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower off the master bedroom. Bedroom 2 - Twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 3 - Twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 4 - Twin beds and wardrobes. There are 2 separate shower rooms Bathroom 2 - Separate shower room with large open walk in shower and twin basins. Bathroom 3 -  Separate shower room. There is a covered terrace with a patio table and chairs, a lovely sunbathing terrace with sunbeds around the pool, a barbecue and a hot tub. The pool is electrically heated between 1st November and 1st May. If pool heating is required out of these dates there is an additional charge. The villa is cleaned and prepared for your arrival. For stays of 7 nights there is a mid -stay towel change. For stays of 9 nights or more there is a mid -stay mini clean with a towel and linen change. The villa is in a great location and only a short walk from restaurants and the beach. Playa Blanca is an extensive resort which stretches from the beautiful beaches of Papagayo at one end, to the Faro Lighthouse at the other end of the coastal promenade. There are also two water parks within the resort; Aqualava and Paradise Island Water Park with the Paradise Island water park being right next door to the villa. This villa can accommodate up to eight adults in the existing bedrooms and a further child under twelve on a fold away bed. Prices are bases on up to 4 people sharing.
