Sunkissed Casa - Cosy Apartment 300m from beach

Sunkissed Casa is the perfect place for couples, friends or small families wanting to escape the city. She’s cosy & romantic, authentic and unpretentious. She’s linen sheets and big cosy bath towels. Most importantly, she’s 300 metres from the beach and walking distance to all cafe, bars and restaurants. We've tried to make this space as magical as possible and tell a story about the area in all the styling. Whether it's a print of local botanics, an antique painting of the coast, a sculpture of wildlife, or a lamp made from nature - we want this space to pique your curiosity and remain authentic to the area. There's a hand-picked selection of books for those literary lovers, Scrabble for a quiet night in and the finest linen for the perfect night sleep. We stock a basic pantry which includes: Ground Coffee Beans, Black and Herbal Teas, Salt, Pepper & Olive Oil. Please pop into a shop for your supplies and milk if you take it! Also - be sure to let us know if you require the second bedroom as sleeping quarters so we can make the bed up for you (converts into a very comfortable queen), otherwise we will assume it's not needed and leave it as a relaxing daybed. Check photos for clarification. We are child friendly and have a porta-cot in the cupboard for your use (please feel free to bring your own baby linen). There are also some kids toys in the hallway cupboard. It would help us out if you could let us know if you intend to travel with kiddies. :) Avalon is located on the Northern Beaches, which means, once arrived, you will find yourself in the heart of the most spectacular surrounds imaginable. Avalon itself is an amazing community with fabulous coffee shops, restaurants & bars, not to mention a fantastic surf beach. Our apartment is a hidden gem, literally a stones throw from everything. You won't need a car once you arrive! In the summer months it's a buzz with people from all over the world and you'll be glad to be walking distance to everything so you wont have to fight for a park. Whale Beach, Palm Beach and Newport Beach are all stunning and within a ten minute drive. Each have their own unique feel, with cafes and great little shops where (trust me) you can spend a pretty penny ;) Ku-Ring-Gai National Park is a must if you like adventure and bush walking.
