Beach Escape San Remo - Wifi & Pet Friendly

Our home is light bright with views overlooking San Remo and surrounding area. With fresh flooring and decor the home is comfortable for families and couples wanting an escape. Completely pet and child friendly but please note there are 5 stairs in the property as its split level to take in the views of San Remo. The stairs have a hand rail and non slip strips for added saftey but be mindful with small children x A short walk to Marine Parade and its cafes and restaurants. Westernport Bay is at the end of our street for a coastal walk into town. You can access all of San Remos beaches and parks by a short walk. Grand Prix and Moto GP access is easy due to shuttles organised near our property. Our house is in a quiet residential street close to shops, cafes, beaches and parks. Our home sleeps 6 adults and porta cot and high chair supplied for your families needs. Our house is pet friendly with a large fully fenced yard for your pet to enjoy also. An hour to Melbournes south eastern suburbs and 2 hours to Melbourne Airport means the house is easily accessible for a quick break away. Free Wifi are included for you to enjoy for your stay The house has 3 bedrooms all with queen sized beds, fully contained kitchen, comfortable furnishings in lounge and dining areas and a balcony with water views overlooking San Remo and across to Westernport Bay and Phillip Island. The laundry has a washer for your convenience to use during your stay. The yard is very spacious with a large lock up garage, perfect for boating, bikes and your car. The yard is completely child and pet friendly with gates making it safe and contained. We leave keys for you in security key box so there is no set time you have to meet for keys - you can arrive at the property when suits you - check in is anytime after 2pm and check out is by 10.00am to allow for cleaning before the next guests Linen & Towels All beds will be made up in linen complete with sheets, pillowcases, doonas and doona covers. There are spare blankets. There is one set of bath towels supplied for your stay. Please supply your own beach towels and do not use the bath towels supplied for the beach. If staying longer then 8 nights a changeover of linen is supplied for you. Parties - we want you to have a great time, but if you want a party house this is not the property for you. Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental. We love our neighbors and they love us, we hope to keep it that way and will be notified if unruly behavior is occurring at our house. Pets We understand your pet is also part of your family so you are more then welcome to bring them on the condition the house, outdoor areas and garden is left completely clean and undamaged after your stay. You must clean up after your pet, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged to you. Any damage will be assessed and charged at the appropriate fee. Please refrain from letting your pet sleep on the beds or couches. Household Items & Furniture Please enjoy your stay at On The Parade Holiday Home San Remo. The house has everything you need to feel at home. Please make sure that all household items supplied are cared for. Any intentionally damaged or stolen items will be charged to you after your stay.
