1 The Coach House, St Ives - a duplex apartment with stunning sea views, parking and outside space

1 The Coach House is a 3-bedroom house that is just a 10-minute walk from Porthminster beach, St Ives. It sleeps 6 in a double bedroom, a king size bedroom and a ground floor garden bedroom that can either be a super king bed or twin beds. There is a family shower room on the ground floor with shower and WC. The king size bedroom on the first floor has an ensuite with bath/ shower over. The living room has a gas fire for the chillier days and the kitchen is super equipped to cater for a family’s holiday. The sea views from the living room are spectacular! There is an enclosed terrace area with outdoor furniture that leads off the master bedroom. 1 The Coach House is very conveniently located on the main road into St Ives. Porthminster beach is 10 minutes’ walk away downhill and the town centre and harbour is just 15 minutes on foot. 1 well-behaved dog is accepted (terms and conditions apply as well as a £30 pet fee per week). There is free WiFi throughout the house. 2 parking spaces are provided for your stay and are directly outside the holiday home. All bed linen, bath towels and utilities are included in the rate.
