This over 300 years old house, renovated in true Istrian style, has a rich history and an interesting story that the owner will be happy to tell you about. The entire property is at your disposal, regardless if you are coming with a group of friends or if you are two or three families travelling together. The house is divided into two accommodation units; a single-storey and a two-storey unit with a common yard. Each features a kitchen, living room and bathroom, as well as two bedrooms that can accommodate up to four people. One of the units also offers two additional extra beds (sofa beds). Cot bed is available upon request. This way each family, or a group of 4 to 6 people, has its own privacy. The house also features a pool house, perfect for socializing, dinners and relaxation by the pool. All facilities are fully equipped with air conditioning, TV, household appliances, dishes, cutlery, bed linen, towels and toiletries. The spacious garden is divided into several connected zones, making it easy to keep an eye on the little ones playing carefree in their corner. You will most probably prefer the pool with cosy sun loungers on the sunny part and lounge area on the covered part of the terrace, where you can relax with your favourite music, an interesting book and a glass of superb Istrian wine. If you’re looking for some privacy, you can retreat to the fenced terrace with a garden swing, perfect for romantic relaxation. Summer is also perfect for outdoor grilling. You can prepare tasty meals on a big wood and coal grill, fully equipped with all grilling tools. Besides the pool, the young ones will also enjoy the playground - featuring a slide & swing tower - in the natural shade of old trees.
