The house, which dominates the perspective offering an enchanting view of the blue marine expanse, has a remarkable outdoor space, where the large garden is divided into comfortable terraced areas, separated by characteristic dry stone walls. The exterior, excellently equipped with tables and chairs, is surrounded by lush plants and fragrant flowers. On the sides and on the back, olive trees and a citrus grove embellish the garden and offer guests shaded areas and relaxation. A double staircase leads to the main entrance, which overlooks the large living room, consisting of two connecting rooms. Remarkable are the two times "star" in stone and the wall beliefs, magnificent evidence of the architecture and the typical furnishings of Salento. The space is well furnished and organized with a living room, TV, a table for dining and is adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen. The latter has a practical and spacious work surface, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with oven.
