The villa is situated in the centre of Ciudad Quesada, a popular destination for families and golfers, just 2km away from the La Marquesa Golf Course and under 10km to three of the blue flag beaches in Guardamar. The location is just perfect with many restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, as well as the closest supermarket where you can buy fresh bread in the morning. Within a short drive there are local markets, the Aqua-Park (Ciudad Quesada's own water park) and is under 15 minutes drive to large shopping centers like Habaneras Shopping Centre and Zenia Boulevard. The villa itself is set on a generous plot of 800m² and boasts off-road parking, a fantastic private swimming pool, gardens with orange and lemon trees, private seating areas and plenty of outdoor living space. Inside, the property is very spacious with well over 150m² unit size ideal for people that require the space and want everything on one level. The spacious open plan living room which features a fireplace, connects to all rooms. Both bedrooms uniquely big including built-in wardrobes and drawers, two equipped bathrooms and a separate fully equipped kitchen. For the kids the property has two bunkbeds, one in the receiption area and another one in the second bedroom. The large glass conservatory room is equipped with airconditioning catering 8 people for dining and overlooks the pool. The property will be supplied with linen & towels for each bed and guest, please note that this is additional fee and is not included in the departure clean. The cost is 15.00€ per guest and will be charged upon receiving confirmation of the total number of guests booked in. Pets may be allowed upon request depending on the type, size and number.
