The kitchen is fully equipped with tea and coffee and basic pantry items are provided. Bathroom & laundry essentials provided, as well as bathroom and beach towels. Sleeps 6. There are 3 rooms, each with a queen bed and we have a portable cot available. This property has both air-conditioning and fans throughout. Lovely bed linen and bathroom and beach towels provided. Lightening fast wifi. 2 flat screen TVs with Foxtel (one inside and one outside). The pool is idyllic and is accompanied by an outdoor lounge and sun lounge, plus a screened outdoor shower. We provide great pool toys for your to lounge around in. In the outdoor entertaining area there is a large table, (drinks) fridge, a Webber BBQ and an outdoor TV! Fans and lighting in this area means you can sit out in the evening and enjoy the outdoors. Enjoy the big block with plenty of lawn and shade with an outdoor entertaining area. We have banana, lemon, lime, mango, paw paw, passionfruit and pomelo trees so please help yourself to the fresh fruit when in season. For the more adventurous there is a pizza oven waiting to be used in the garden area. There are 2 driveways with ample space for multiple vehicles. A local's guide on cafes, restaurants, playgrounds, markets, national parks and local activities will be provided. Other things to note: Jingili is central to Darwin, it is less than a 5 minute drive from the airport and 15 minutes to Darwin City. The Rapid Creek markets are a 15 minute walk on a Sunday morning via the Jingili Water Gardens, or the Nightcliff markets is a less than 10 minute drive. The property is 1.5km from Casuarina Square Shopping Centre. A local's guide of 'Things to Do in Darwin' will be available for each guest during their stay.
