The terrace of Rosi

The apartment is located in the highest part of the medieval village and enjoys a splendid panoramic view over the Maremma. It has a private entrance which leads, with some steps, to a garden of exclusive use with 2 sunbeds and a table with 4 chairs. From here you enter the house, in the kitchen-living room that has the ceiling with wooden joists, equipped with fridge and freezer, oven, 4 cooking stoves (powered by gas cylinder), microwave, television with satellite dish, double sofa bed . The sleeping area has a large room with a vaulted ceiling, and can be reached by going down 4 internal steps. In this room it is possible to add a single bed. The apartment has air conditioning which is used only in exceptional heat. From the bedroom you enter the large bathroom, with a window, where there is a washing machine. Parking in this area is not permitted and only a few residents' cars pass by being a ZTL. You can unload your luggage or shopping and put your car within 100 meters in the free municipal parking lot.
