We are around the corner from the tourist office and situated on the doorstep of Alba's Michelin-star restaurant, Piazza Duomo. Alba is the perfect spot to visit the surrounding Langhe region, famous for the Unesco areas of Barolo and Barbaresco wine, attend the Collisioni festival in Barolo, jazz in Monforte, or Alba's international white truffle festival. Hire a car or Vespa, get on board an e-Bike, see the Langhe area, its beautiful hills and vineyards, and enjoy the best Alba has to offer for restaurant choice, shops and wine bars. We are in the pedestrian area of the city, where you can enjoy our central location to get around the town of Alba on foot. There is free public parking in the vicinity (marked with white lines) and plenty of parking for a fee in Alba (marked in blue lines). We are a 10-min walk from the train station (which also has covered parking in a secure carpark available for a fee), and not far from the green line shuttle bus service of Alba. It's a great place from which to explore the surrounding Langhe hills, while returning each evening in walking distance from a wide choice of restaurants and bars. You are just a short drive from world-famous towns like Barolo, La Morra, Barbaresco, Diano d'Alba, Neive and everywhere in between. Alternatively you could make use of one of the local buses available in order to taste Barolo and Barbaresco to your heart's content, without worrying about driving. If you're feeling adventurous, Vespa hire is available locally and the area is one of Italy's most famous for great cycling. We will also be available to advise on transport options, the best panoramic spots in the area, or even some of the best riding roads in the Langhe.
