This home is detached from the main complex of high rise apartments. Single storey accommodation which sits directly in front of the resort pool area. Has it's own undercover parking bay. Don't forget there is a 'nature gym' next door to the resort. Exercise equipment set into parkland is a great way to get fresh air as well as enjoy the bird life among the trees chirping . Access is via the cycle path located along the foreshore directly in front of the pool area. You will need the gate code to get in and out of the pool area. For those who enjoy sport the Optus Stadium is a 3.8 km walk along the foreshore or a 5 km drive. The entire property is yours. Very large one bedroom, with a huge spa in the bathroom and a separate toilet. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Full kitchen and dining room, private balcony. All linen supplied. You will need to bring pool towels. The public bus system runs out the front of the complex, you can also walk the spectacular river to the Stadium otherwise a car is recommended.
