The newly renovated apartment has underfloor heating and consists of a living room, 2 well-equipped kitchens (one on the 1st & one on the 2nd floor with a dishwasher each), 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The apartment is perfectly situated for both local amenities and easy access to ski lifts and you can see Gran Vernel and Pordoi from the windows. The nearest ski lift Canazei Belvedere (starting point for Sella Ronda) can be reached in roughly 3 minutes (150m) on foot, and the apartment is only 10km from the QC Terme Dolomiti in Pozza di Fassa. The nearest supermarket is located only 30m next to the apartment, as well as a bike rental for the summer season. There is also a selection of restaurants and bars located along the main road of the town which can all be reached in a few minutes. The nearest airport is in Innsbruck, which is 2 hours 30 minutes (140km) away by car. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
