There are also two more beautifully finished double bedrooms down here and a smaller living/kitchen area that drifts out on to the shaded alfresco. This overlooks the flat spacious lawn which is fully enclosed for your peace of mind. Perfect for a game of cricket. Upstairs, with the phenomenal views is the large lounge, dining and kitchen area equipped with all the modern-day appliances you could possibly need. Head through the glass sliding doors out onto the massive veranda and relish a cold boutique beer whilst baking up a storm in the huge pizza oven. Or if you don't feel quite so adventurous there is a brand new BBQ to enjoy. On the other side of the top storey we have the master bedroom; it too has views to be enjoyed from its own slice of the veranda, and has it's own large ensuite, with bath and shower. During the hot summer months appreciate the coolness of reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the upper-level of the house and in winter make the most of the potbelly fires located in the lounge and on the veranda. With ample parking, including space for a boat and only a 10-minute walk to the town center, this property is gold. Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided. School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year. Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
