The house is located 10 minutes from the Lyon City Hall, the Cité Internationale, the Part-Dieu, the PERICA business area and close to motorway exits. Located on the 1st floor of the house, this beautiful and large charming room of 16 sqm has a bathroom and a separate toilet. It can accommodate 2 or 3 people. It should be noted that our Guest House has other rooms and suites available for rent, such as the rooms La Pape, Skylight, Asian, Romantic and Suites La Pape and Pavillon. For more peace and independence, the property also has an independent furnished house of 80 sqm, with a capacity of 6 people, located 50 meters from the Belle Epoque.
