The large bedroom and living room have access to a spacious balcony with a table and 4 chairs. It is an ideal place to observe the coast and eat meals. The modern bathroom has a spacious shower, washing machine and wardrobe for cosmetics and towels. The apartment has central air conditioning that supplies air to every room. This ensures an even temperature throughout the apartment, increasing the comfort of living on hot summer days and cool winter evenings. The building has an elevator many parking spaces and plenty of shops bars and restaurants around. The beach, bars and restaurants are within a minute's walk and there is a well stocked supermarket within 200 metres. This is an ideal location for relaxing on the beach or taking advantage of the many attractions in the area such as boat trips, golf, water parks and of course ample shopping facilities.
