The apartment, completely renovated in 2018, with an area of 147 square meters, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, domestic sauna, is suitable for up to 13 people; in reality they are 2 contiguous apartments divided by an internal door, ideal for 2 families who want to stay in independent apartments, but at the same time bordering on them. The apartment is located on the third and top floor of a condominium, to access the condominium atrium, where there is an elevator, it is necessary to climb 4 steps. The apartment is located in Gallipoli in Volta 16, is one kilometer from the main course of Gallipoli - Corso Roma - and 2 kilometers from the historic center of Gallipoli consisting of the old city located on an islet connected to the mainland by a bridge. The apartment is 250 meters from the Lido San Giovanni beach, from here in a southerly direction begins the sandy stretch of Gallipoli, 8 kilometers long, with numerous equipped bathing establishments. The beaches of Baia Verde, a little more than a kilometer away from the apartment in a southerly direction, are the most touristic ones, at sunset the "happy hour" is celebrated with the sound of music and drinks. In Gallipoli there are numerous discos, at the Baia Verde there is the "Praja" and the "Ten", at 5 kilometers there is the "Riobo", only the best known are mentioned. The building is surrounded by numerous commercial activities, bars, patisseries, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, therefore, thanks to its strategic position, it is not necessary to use the car for any need. You can park your car for free on the streets around the apartment building, it is easy to find a parking space in the immediate vicinity with the exception of the month between 20 July and 20 August. The most used means of transport, especially by young people, to go to the sea and discos is the bicycle that can be easily rented in Gallipoli. If 2 families want to be independent, the connecting door between the 2 apartments can be closed, the fifth bedroom (see photo) can become a dining room with an adjacent kitchenette; each of the 2 apartments will have a living / dining room and 2 bedrooms, one apartment will have only one bathroom, but with double sink, double mirror and double column shower, and the other apartment will have 2 bathrooms. According to the regulations currently in force in Italy, it is necessary to sign a written contract between the owner and the guest, as art. 1, paragraph 4 of the Law of 9 December 1998, n. 431 quotes verbatim: "From the date of entry into force of this law, a written form is required for the stipulation of valid lease contracts". Therefore a contract will be sent by e-mail to guests who want to stay at the apartment so that they can view it for as long as necessary. The contract will be signed in duplicate by the owner and the guest upon entering the apartment. The price includes the costs of water and gas. The price includes electricity for a daily consumption of 20 kWh equivalent to a rational use of energy, beyond this daily consumption the cost is 0.3 € / kWh used, in practice only if the 6 air conditioners will always be on for 24 hours a day with the windows open the consumption will be higher than that allowed with additional energy costs, otherwise the electricity will be included in the rent.
