Modern apartment with mezzanine located on the fourth and top floor of a period building with a lift (but not suitable for the disabled), a splendid location in front of the new University Campus, one of the new trendy districts of Turin with restaurants and trendy bars. ★ LIVING ROOM: The house consists of a living area equipped with a double sofa bed, sitting area and TV ★ KITCHEN: equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto and moka coffee machine, cutlery, cups and goblets. ★ NIGHT AREA: located on a characteristic loft and equipped with a double bed ★ BATHROOM: with shower, bidet and hairdryer ★ ★ ADDITIONAL SERVICES: WiFi, fan, independent heating with boiler, iron and ironing board, clothes hanger, hair dryer, washing machine, drying rack Possibility to find free parking on the street! Guest Access The entire house is for the exclusive use of our guests during their stay. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DEPOSIT THE LUGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND PICK THE KEYS FROM 11 AM, AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE YOU FINISH THE CLEANING. We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange a late check-out if possible. It will be possible to leave after 11am on the day of check-out, in case there are no other incoming guests. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.
