Adresse/Adress: 1A du Nord The Gîte HOPLA is located in the city center of Colmar, you will be in less than 5 minutes on foot in the heart of the historic center and the tourist places of the city: Little Venice, Koïfhus, museums, Saint Martin Church, spring markets, Christmas markets , restaurants ... The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen open to the dining room and a completely renovated bathroom with a spacious shower and a toilet. The first bedroom contains two 90 cm single beds that can be pushed together to form only a large 180 cm bed. The second has a 160 cm queen-size bed. Finally, the living room sofa can be transformed into a 140 cm bed for 2 people. A baby cot, for the little ones, is available with a changing table module that can be adjusted to change your child's clothes. Attention: For health and safety reasons, we ask you to bring the mattress of the baby cot if you are used to using it with your child (a basic mattress sold with the travel baby cot is present). The linen for the travel cot (fitted sheets) must also be brought back from you. Bed linen for all beds (excluding baby cot) and bathroom towel will be made available upon arrival. The most cooks among you will benefit from all the necessary cooking equipment as well as a large fridge with freezer, an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a machine coffee, kettle, toaster, raclette and crepe maker and of course enough crockery and cutlery. Finally, you can relax in the lounge and enjoy the television or various readings available to you concerning the history of Colmar as well as tourist guides in several languages ​​(English, German, Italian, French). You will also have various board games for children and adults. A fan and a blower (allowing hot or cold air) are available at the cottage to make your stay more pleasant depending on the weather.  Please note, the apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator. Given its location on the floor of a building without elevator, it is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility. You will also be ideally placed to visit the picturesque Alsatian villages like Kaysersberg (20 minutes by car), Eguisheim (15 minutes by car), elected favorite villages of the French in 2017 and 2013 and many other places to discover. Equal distance between Strasbourg (50 minutes by car, 30 minutes by train) and the Swiss city of Basel and about 35 minutes from Mulhouse, city dwellers will find their accounts. Whatever your desires, you will easily find something to entertain you. The ski slopes are less than an hour away, as is the Europapark amusement park. You will also be close to the wine estates, the wine route, the mountain of the monkeys, the Haut Koenigsbourg castle, the Alsace eco-museum, the park of the little prince and many other curiosities that we would be happy to advise. This apartment is non smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and all other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device in this apartment will result in a 250€ extra cleaning fees. Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities. However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of € 60 for cleaning costs will be billed to you.
