Hiking, cures, cycling, surfing, splashing - the Zingst Baltic Spa offers attractive leisure opportunities in every season. Our apartment (ground floor) in an apartment building at Friedenstraße 49 was completely renovated in February 2019. The apartment is entered via a separate entrance, the parking lot belonging to the apartment (No. 1) is directly opposite the front door. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living-dining-kitchen area, a shower room and a storage room and is designed for a maximum of 5 people. Bedroom 1 is a classic bedroom with a solid wood double bed and three-door wardrobe in oak. Bedroom 2 has solid beech wood beds with a total of 3 beds: a double bunk bed and a single bed (each lying area: 0.90 x 2.00 m). All beds are suitable for adults (load capacity up to 130 kg). Each bed has its own reading lamp and a utensil pocket for books, reading glasses etc. A massive beech cabinet completes the room facilities. All beds have pillows and a so-called Four Seasons ceiling. The two-layer (buttoned) blanket keeps you warm in winter and can be used in spring / summer in one layer. The bedrooms were covered with an oak laminate, all other rooms are tiled. The living-dining area is fully equipped with solid beech wood furniture. In the living area there is a modern television and a radio CD player. A small selection of board games is on the highboard. The dining set includes a padded bench with backrest, which is not visible in the photos. The kitchen is functionally furnished, has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and a separate, large freezer compartment, microwave, a (filter) coffee machine, a "Bodum" coffee maker, kettle, toaster and the usual kitchen utensils. A small selection of spices (salt, pepper, basil, oregano, thyme etc.) is available. In the storage room in the apartment there is a baby high chair, the upholstery for the garden furniture, a clothes horse, a basic set of cleaning agents as well as a small supply of dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and Zewa towels. All windows can be darkened by an external blind, the bedrooms have an additional insect screen. WiFi is available throughout the apartment. In the garden area, the terrace (16 sqm, west orientation, sun protection available) invites you to linger. A shed belongs to the apartment (No. 1). There are the garden furniture, the grill and the children's handcart for shopping and beach trips. There is also space for storing bicycles. For daily needs are within walking distance: Edeka supermarket, bakeries, various shops, a pharmacy as well as restaurants and cafés. There is a net supermarket about 2 km away. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Pets are not allowed as the owner family is allergic to pet hair.
