A 10-minute walk from the Maisons-Alfort Juillotes metro station (line 8) in a suburban neighborhood, we offer a small apartment for your stay in Paris in our pavilion from December 1. It includes a living room where you can relax after a day of sightseeing, an equipped kitchenette for a coffee or a bite to eat, and a beautiful room to recharge your batteries for the next day. The apartment can accommodate 4 people (double bed + double sofa bed) and we have a cot. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction stove, a microwave and combined fan oven, a toaster, a nespresso machine, and a refrigerator. Paris is accessible by metro or bus and rer in 15 min. For the more athletic, by bike (secure routes) or on foot via the banks of the Marne. Direct line to Concorde, Champs-Elysées, Tuileries, Louvre and many other tourist attractions. A rental contract will be sent to you upon booking. This signed contract, as well as a security deposit (deposit) in the amount of 400 euros in checks or cash must be given to us at the entrance to the premises at the latest. The security deposit is returned to you at the end of the stay if the rental is made to comply with the inventory of fixtures.
