Villa Artemis is a contemporary, four bedroom house which was completed in 2009. Its appointments include a large private pool, barbecue, beautifully maintained garden and a shared tennis court just one minute walk away. The sandy, life guard attended beach of Avithos is only a only a two minute drive from the villa. Here you will find two superb local tavernas serving delicious food and wine, a beach bar and comfortable sun beds with parasols. There are also two local tavernas and a mini market within a five/ten minute walk. Our property is still quite new on HomeAway, which is why we have few reviews. Enjoying spectacular views of the azure waters of the Ionian Sea, it’s the perfect base from which to explore this beautiful island. Argostoli, our capital, is only a 10 minute drive away also, where you can sample evening entertainment, designer shops and excellent restaurants. The house has four bedrooms with balconies, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a Smart TV, free internet and dining room to accommodate eight people comfortably. Regular linen and maintenance services are overseen by our manager, who is available to assist with car hire, meet and greet, excursions, cruises and a host of other activities.
