Summary: This lovely attic apartment is located in Liverpool's beautiful Georgian Quarter with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets. It is less than a 10-minute walk away to Hope Street which is home to some of Liverpool's best restaurants such as The Florist and London Carriageworks. Perfect for 6 guests to sleep comfortably in this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment. It comes with an open plan kitchen/dining/living room, so plenty of seats for a chilled night in before a day of exploring! *A parking permit is required at the property and it is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to make sure this is displayed. Please make sure the parking permit is displayed when using the parking space. Please also expect traffic noise as the apartment is on a busy main road.* The Space: A two bedroom attic apartment perfect for a cosy stay. Enjoy a king-sized bed in one bedroom and a double bed in the other. There is also a sofa bed in the living room area which folds out to a full-sized double bed. All beds have a memory foam mattress. The apartment has an open plan kitchen/dining/living room with a large Sharp Smart TV. Enjoy watching your favourite shows while drinking a cup of coffee made from our Nespresso coffee maker. Please note this apartment is located in a residential building and is not suitable for louder groups/stays. Hen & Stag groups are not allowed. Guest Access: Our guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment during their stay. We are always available when needed but want this to be a hassle free and flexible experience for our guests so will not be present unless requested by them. The Neighborhood: The surrounding area is the quaint Georgian Quarter, with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets. The neighbours are quiet and respectful so we ask that guests are the same back! Getting Around: The house is located in the heart of the Georgian Quarter within walking distance of the Philharmonic, Everyman Theatre, all the city’s food, culture, and entertainment treasures. It's also only a quick train ride away from Liverpool City Centre. You can walk everywhere to amazing restaurants, bars, including the Wild Loaf bakery for divine sourdough bread and donuts, and Cains Brewery village which is less than 20 minutes stroll from the house. Wander the neighbourhood to find traditional pubs and fine dining restaurants. Hop on a bus to Liverpool Waterfront and stop off at The Royal Old Docks or The Tate. If you’re a Beatlemaniac, head into Liverpool Central where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story. Other Things to Note: *Please note, as we are software-connected Host we charge a £250 damage deposit via a pre-authorisation on your credit card. This is taken outside of Airbnb though is fully compliant with Airbnb’s policies. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. Interaction with Guests: Guests can contact us 24/7, however, we are not intrusive in any way and like to leave guests to enjoy their stay.
