Sunny & Quiet Apartment, 20min from City center

We offer a very nice, sunny and modern apartment in Zurich, inside a 3 family house recently renovated. It's on a very quiet location at the golden coast of Zurich (Witikon). The bus stop that leads from and to the main station is 250m away. ALDI, Denner & Migros supermarkets are 280m away in a shopping mall and if you like jogging or nature, the forest it's at the end of the street. The apartment was recently renovated, we have a modern induction kitchen and a bathroom with a Geberit toiled/bidet plus a jacuzzi type bathtub for your enjoinment. There are two balconies, one looking forward to the lake and the other at the back of the kitchen. We have king beds(180x200cm) in all rooms and one of them can be split to become two single beds according to your requirements (please ask beforehand). There is coffee, tea and a SodaStream water on the fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. The living room has a smart TV, also a dining table for 6 persons.
