This brand new, light filled fabulous 4 bedroom beach house ticks all the boxes. Architecturally designed and beautifully furnished throughout you can walk to the village of Flinders and the beach in mere moments. Just arrive, park your car under the huge Pines and you will never want to leave. This is a light, bright, airy and perfect private utterly modern beach house. The huge open plan living and dining area overlooks the deck and 10m solar heated lap pool. It's a wonderful house for entertaining with floor to ceiling doors opening onto the outdoor living area, where's there is a BBQ, outdoor dining table for 10 and large deck area. The kitchen has everything you need, (including a Nespresso coffee machine). it's beautifully appointed and perfect to pull up a pew with a chilled glass of something lovely and chat to the chef whilst you plan your getaway. The large living zone has a gas fireplace and a state of the art TV with Foxtel IQ4, Stan and Netflix. There is huge dining table to seat up to 12. There is a second living area at the end of the house overlooking another deck and the garden with additional outdoor seating. There is also a TV with Blue Ray DVD in this room. There is an ottoman which folds out to a comfy single bed. Wifi is available. This is a great house for a few families to share or group of friends relaxing as there is plenty of room for all. Bedroom 1, the private parents retreat has a king size bed, plenty of cupboard space and a gorgeous bathroom with a separate shower and an sumptuous egg shaped bath. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 all have queen size beds. There is also a fold up bed in a cupboard and a single pull out ottoman which can be moved to wherever is convenient, which is great for 2 kids. All rooms have ceiling fans and there is reverse cycle AC throughout the house. Off street parking and location, location, location will have you wishing you had booked for longer! Please note that linen can be hired at an additional cost however there are doonas and pillows on all beds should you wish to bring your own. Additional funds are required for a security bond. NO SCHOOLIES While we have not had any issues with our lovely guests, we are required to make you aware of some local rules that apply to all short term rentals on the Mornington Peninsula, these include: - No parties, gatherings or events. - No loud or aggressive behaviour. - Guests must only park onsite. - Outdoor areas cannot be used between 11pm and 7am - Neighbours have the right to call the property manager if they feel any of the rules are being broken or guests behaviour is impacting them, to which the property manager must respond immediately. - Failure to comply with the local shire rules will result in termination of the rental agreement and guests will be required to leave immediately.
