Also well-suited to combine periods of remote work with vacation time. The apartment is located in a quiet street of the city centre of Dieppe, about 1 minute walking distance from the main central pedestrian street of Dieppe, from the Henri IV embankment with numerous restaurants, from the fishing harbour, and from the Dieppe seashore with its impressive beach. The SNCF train station is about 10 minutes walking distance away. "Les Bains de Dieppe", featuring a 50 metre outside pool with heated sea water as well as a spa, with a renowned centre for thalassotherapy, is 8 minutes walking distance away. The apartment is on the second floor (without elevator) of a small building more than a century old. It has recently been renovated, and is in excellent condition. It has a large and well equiped kitchen, in which up to 6 people can take their meals, with access to the living room on one side, and to the bedroom on the other side. The bathroom is accessible directly from the bedroom, and the WC from the living room. The bedroom has a large new queen size double bed (dimension 160 x 200 cm), a convertible armchair, a traditional cupboard, and a workdesk. The living room has two leather couches to relax, and a convertible armchair. It is equiped with a high quality TV. The convertible armchair in the living room is suitable as bed for 1 person (dimension 80x190 when folded out). The second convertible armchair in the bedroom is suitable as bed for a child (dimension 60x180 when folded out). Mattrass covers, bed sheets, hand and kitchen towels, table linen, as well as shower/bath towels are provided. The mattresses of the convertible armchairs are equiped with additional over-mattrasses to make them more comfortable. Baby equipment available on request: baby cot (120 x 60 cm), high chair and baby bathtub. The apartment is well heated (central heating system based on natural gas). Parking: several public areas are available in the city centre of Dieppe. It is also possible to park freely at several places on the seafront and in the street nearby. A high speed fibre internet connection is available (both wired and wifi). The apartment is non-smoking, and we do not accept pets. Minimum 2 nights in the low season. The rate is automatically reduced by 10% for stays of at least a week, and by 35% from four weeks. For long stays, e.g. professional ones, or to work remotely, combining or not with vacation time, please ask for a special discount. A desk allows teleworking in the room, and a PC monitor can be made available on request.
