This charming fourth-floor apartment (56 m²) is very quiet and sunny. There is no elevator access. The parquet floors, exposed ceiling beams, and wood furniture, the apartment its authenticity and charm. The furnished rooftop terrace (3,10m²) makes the apartment especially appealing. The main room (24. 7 m² - south and west facing) features four small windows that offer a view of the skyline and the pediment of the Frari. The room comprises: - a living area, which has a sofa, a coffee table, a couple of armchairs, shelves, a chest, and a TV and stereo. The terrace can be accessed via a glass door in the living room. - a dining area, which has a table, some chairs, a bench, and several storage units. - a kitchen, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, and a gas stove. There are two windows in the first bedroom (10. 7 m² - west and south facing) that offer a view of the skyline. The room contains two single beds put together, two bedside tables, a closet, a desk, a couple of chairs, and a chest. The en-suite bathroom (2 m²) is fitted with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. There is a second bedroom (12. 2 m² - east facing) with a nice view of Campo San Stin and its surroundings and (south facing) the Frari. This bedroom has two single beds put together, a desk, an armchair, a couple of pedestal tables, and a closet. A second bathroom (1. 85 m²) featuring a skylight has a shower, sink, and toilet. The terrace (3. 1 m² - west facing) offers a table and two benches. It can be accessed via the living room. About the neighborhood The apartment is situated in Campo San Stin, in the San Polo district. A stroll down this quiet quarters promises unexpected and picturesque surprises. The Santa Maria Gloriosa of the Frari church is only a stone's throw away. This district, off the beaten path and frequented by locals, is nonetheless only 15 minutes walk from the Rialto district and 10 minutes from Campo Santa Margherita, one of the busiest and most popular squares in all of Venice. The square is also home to lots of student bars.
