If you want to take a break of pure relaxation within the Belluno Dolomites National Park, but still have the opportunity to visit Venice (100 km), the art cities of Veneto, the Dolomites and the lakes of Trentino, this is the right holiday home for you! Located in a clearing, surrounded by woods, which can be reached by going down a dirt road for about 300 m, the house has only another property nearby (IDD338). In the small center of Servo di Sovramonte, you will find a supermarket, bar and pharmacy and at only 15 km are the cities of Feltre, Castello Tesino and Fiera di Primiero. The house is on two floors connected by a wooden staircase. The outdoor area is dedicated to relaxation: sunbeds for sunbathing, outdoor kitchen with small gas, sink and barbecue and table. Shared with the other house is a space dedicated to children with swing, sandpit and other games. If you love skiing, at just 5 km is the Croce d'Aune - Monte Avena ski area, particularly ideal for families. At 40 km is the Ski Area San Martino di Castrozza and Passo Rolle and at 70 km the Falcade - San Pellegrino area and the Ski area Civetta. From the property you can make excursions on foot or by bicycle, following paths that cross the Sovramonte plateau or practice trekking along more demanding itineraries such as the high route no 2 of the Dolomiti Bellunesi Park. If you love adrenaline sports, Monte Avena is an excellent launching point for paragliding or hang gliding. The nearby lakes (Corlo 20 km, Lake Levico and Caldonazzo 60 km, Lake Santa Croce 70 km) offer the opportunity to practice windsurfing, sailing and kitesurfing. Historical-artistic itineraries will lead you to discover delightful medieval towns or villages: Feltre, Belluno, Bassano del Grappa, Mel, Fiera di Primiero. To complete the holiday there is also a rich offer of trattorias with local specialties; for wine lovers at 45 km is Valdobbiadene.
