No garaging available here but good, level concrete parking area available and access to the house is via split level steps from this parking area with room for the boat. Quality furnishings with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and includes a BBQ, deck chairs and table. A comfortable home with good flow, privacy and convenience. Close to Coromandel Township (3.5 kms) you have access to cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions plus close proximity to a number of walking tracks and scenic drives. Whitianga is only 45 minutes away by vehicle so an ideal base to tour the Peninsula by day and also take in some of our glorious beaches and scenery.
