DECKadence is a newly built, quality beach house perfect for a couple of families or a group of friends looking to enjoy each others company and relax. DECKadence will sleep 10 guests, in one of the 3 double rooms and 4th bunk room. To help provide that extra bit of quiet time for the adults, there is a fabulous kids retreat at the rear of the shed. To maintain the standard of the property there is ; - STRICTLY NO PETS. - STRICTLY NO PARTIES They say a picture tells a thousand words, so please browse the photo gallery to get a great feel for the property, but below is an overview of the notable features that make DECKadence your choice in accommodation at Normanville. - 4 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom, Master with KING size bed and en-suite, 2 Double rooms with QUEEN size beds and a Bunk-Room with 4 single beds. -NBN wi-fi and smart TV s -Large open plan living / dining / kitchen area that opens up directly onto the deck. -Huge 70m2 of hardwood decking and veranda, perfect for soaking up the summer evenings. - Kids retreat with wi-fi, smart tv, huge lounge suite, aircon and RETRO upright arcade machine, packed with 140 odd games set to free play. - "WEBER Genisis" hooded barbecue for the connoisseur of all things cooked! - Ample driveway parking. - Beautiful outdoor shower for rinsing off on your return from the beach on a hot day. (Cold water only ) LINEN : Linen is provided for the KING BED ONLY . Guests will be required to supply their own FLAT AND FITTED SHEETS AND PILLOW SLIPS for the remainder of the beds, however, we can supply linen if required at a cost of $15 per bed. (You will need to advise us if you require linen to be supplied PRIOR TO BOOKING) BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED CONSUMABLES: For your convenience, we include a welcome pack of consumables like coffee pods, tea bags, milk and sugar. Also included is some dishwasher tablets, and dishwashing detergent. Showers have a supply of Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash. Vanities have hand soap. ACCESSIBILITY: You will be provided with a unique code for your booking to access the digital deadbolts on the front and rear doors of the house. A key to the kids retreat will be left on the key hanger inside the house. CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT: You are welcome to access the property from between 2 pm and 10 pm on your day of arrival. Check-out is by 11:00 am on your day of departure.
