The interior space of 300 m2 consists on the ground floor of: - main entrance - a laundry room with toilet and shower, washing machine and dryer, - a kitchen equipped with 2 cold spaces, a dishwasher, five cooking rings, two ovens, all appliances and the crockery necessary for the preparation of your meals, - a reception room of 82 m2 with usable open fireplace (wood provided), - 2 bathrooms, a toilet.
