Villa Physis & Wood - a natural touch!

Physis Villa is approved by Greek Tourism Organisation & managed by "etouri vacation rental mangement". Physis is a Greek term usually translated into English as "nature". With that in mind we created Physis Villas aiming to bring you closer to nature, while offering a modern environment, providing all essential amenities. Fully private, but conveniently close to everything, Physis Villas are located at the picturesque village of Pigi, offering all that you were looking for your summer vacation, being just a short drive away from the beach and Rethymno Old Town. Layout Physis & Wood, is one of the two newly built Physis Villas and manages to harmoniously match cutting edge architecture with a relaxing living area. From sliding, floor-to-ceiling glass doors and big openings in every room, there are plenty of modern solutions and contemporary inspiration when it comes to letting natural light. Plants and flowers can be seen from every door and window, and are also present indoors, bringing calmness to the interiors. Also, the earthly tones of the furniture, wood fixings, white walls, hidden lighting and metal details create a mellow atmosphere, perfect for a holiday home. The minimal decoration also adds to this beautiful feeling and the ground floor layout makes indoor-outdoor living as easy as possible. The property covers a total of 210 sq.m. and can accommodate up to 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms. Entering the Villa, you will see an open-plan space, consisted of the living room, dining area and kitchen. The sitting area features two comfortable sofas, coffee table, 65 HDTV with Netflix, PS 5, bluetooth speaker, home cinema and Alexa virtual assistant. The sliding doors open up to the shaded veranda and pool, as well as a small patio with an additional sitting area, blurring the distinction between inside and out. The kitchen is equipped with built-in, branded appliances, an island counter, wine showcase and breakfast counter offering all essentials for a self catered accommodation, allowing you to prepare delicious homemade meals. Finally, an indoor dining table is located next to the kitchen and a WC is also available. On the same floor, you will find all four bedrooms of Physis & Wood Villa, two of which have a king size bed each (1,60 x 2,00), while the other two offer two single beds (0,90 X 2,00) that can be joined together to form a Queen size, upon request. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with hydromassage shower cabin, 43 HDTV with Netflix and Alexa application, A/C, open closet, ceiling fan and provides outdoor access. Three of the bedrooms open up to the rear garden of the Villa, equipped with additional sitting areas, while the fourth bedroom open up to the playground and has views of the pool stream. Finally, yoga equipment is also available to our guests and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer can be found next to the main entrance. Outdoor Facilities To make things even better, the outdoor area of Physis & Wood enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding hills and offers 100% privacy to our guests, as its fully fenced. The outdoor amenities also include: - A 50m2, private swimming pool, 1,45 m deep, which guarantees the beneficial effects of a refreshing dip on a hot summer day. The pool also features a stream that surrounds the house and can also be used for children as its shallow (0,45 m deep). The pool can also be heated upon request with an additional charge. (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice). - The sunbathing area is equipped with 8 comfortable sun beds for outmost relaxation, 4 umbrellas , as well as an outdoor shower! Bean bag chairs that float on the pool and a shaded outdoor seating area at the veranda offer the perfect way to unwind! - Shaded area next to the pool, with fully equipped charcoal BBQ facilities, outdoor sink and build-in sofa and dining area. - Large lawn covered area by the pool with outdoor toys for our young guests. - Garden with plants and flowers at the rear part of the Villa, with outdoor sitting area and access to the bedrooms. - Private parking space for 2 cars inside the Villa premises. - Private entrance with a gate.
