Approximately 5.5 km or 10 minute drive from the heart of town, this one bedroom Studio unit is situated beneath the home of delightful owners who will not impose on your privacy, and private it is. From your own balcony the cosy outdoor table for two will have you overlooking landscaped gardens and of course the magnificent Harbour. Only 100 meters from tranquil Wyuna Bay Beach and Boat Ramp, steps at your door will lead you through a small garden/bush walk straight down to the waters edge where you can sunbake, swim or paddle around in the 2 Kayaks provided with life vests. The kitchenette has a microwave, bench top oven, fridge, small appliances and all other utensils you will require. BBQ on the deck is at your fingertips. For the fishing enthusiasts, your boat can be left at the parking area down on the beach front, or for those who prefer to anchor, an onsite dingy is available for you to do so. A fishing table is also on the property for you to use. Massage Therapist Ann is upstairs if a relaxing, soothing rub down is what you need to rejuvenate your body.
