The apartment is on the first floor, in a quiet area, and it`s equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning. It can accommodate up to 6 guests. It`s on the first floor, accessible from the staircase in the fenced courtyard with gate. The living room with dining area and sofa bed has access to the large furnished balcony, where the guests can relax. The kitchenette is equipped with oven and washing machine. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms (twin bedroom and triple bedroom with double bed and single bed), a bathroom with shower and the corridor with air conditioning. The surroundings It is in a quiet area of Porto Cesareo. The holiday home is 50 meters away from the sea and 500 meters away from the closest beach establishment. The city centre with its amenities is within walking distance. It`s close to the protected area "Strea", ideal for the nature lovers. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
