A beautiful brand new 3 bedrooms apartment located in the best location in Green Herzliya (West Herzliya) 1 min to the Herzliya park, Near IDC university & near "7 Stars" Mall.2-4 min by car to the most beautiful beaches of Herzliya, 25 meters from two playing yards, supermarket and coffee shops. Please note that in the adjacent plot there are ongoing construction works. This apartment is rented only for short term and mid terms during all around the year.Minimum stay : 14 nights Extra guests charge : over 2 guests (max 5 sleeps )- there is an additional charge per each person per night (all ages) The space: The apartment is brand new and located in a boutique building facing a beautiful garden (private to the the building residence only), private parking under the building, 2 balconies (one balcony belongs to the master bedroom). Beds configuration: Master Bedroom #1 - 1 Queen size bed Bedroom #2 - Two beds : 1 single bed (90 cm/190 cm)+1 doube bed (120cm/200 cm) Bedroom #3 : Double bed (140cm/200 cm) Guest access: The guests can access a common garden which is private to the building residence only. Interaction with guests We meet the guests upon check in and check out and whenever they need anything we can be reached on (by email or telephone given to them once they book the property) Extra charges (Cleaning fees & Electricity): Extra guests charge : Over 3 guests - we charge an additional charge per each guest per each night (all ages are count) Weekly cleaning: mandatory over 14 nights stay, will be charged by the cleaner (approx. 120$-140$ per visit depends on working hours q num of guests). weekly cleaning and extra bedding (75$ for up to 3 beds) are charged separately. Please notice: Weekly cleaning service will not be provided during COVID19 quarantine. For longer stays over 1 month stay - one cleaning visit per week will be added to the total (3-4 weekly cleanings per month): 120-140$ depends on number of guests will be charged upon check in. Final cleaning: will be added to the total price for all reservations depends on mumber of guests. Electricity: is charged according to meter reading upon check out (0.9 ILS per 1 KW). Extra guests charge : over 3 guests - we charge a daily additional fee per each guest per night (all ages counts) Minimum stay: 14 Check in on Saturday is possible only if you book Friday night as well.
