It's clean, bright and quiet. High ceilings, exposed beams, skylights and three south facing windows offer an elegant look and feeling of space. And is tastefully decorated. Ideal for 4 persons but can accommodate up to max 6p if you wish to save money while staying in the central Paris! It's a big studio with 2 sleeping areas separated from the living, each with a queen size real mattress. ( But they are not separated with 'real walls'. In a studio, there are no real walls to separate rooms.) One is at the same level as the living room but separated with furniture and a thick curtain. And the other one is on the mezzanine. Clean sheets and towels are provided as well as extra blankets. Kitchen and bathroom with small tub(120cm), Hi speed Wifi(fiber optic). Cable TV, DVD and CD player, telephone and vanity table .. Situated in central Paris, near Bastille, Republique and Marais. Voltaire and Saint Ambroisie are the closest metros and 2 minutes walk. And 3 minutes walk from trendy Rue de la roquette in Bastille where you will find many cafes, bars, restaurants, etc. It is 10 minutes walk to the Marais. Close to all tourist attractions. Supermarket 2 min walk. Just a note to add.. I recently renovated the whole apartment with nice massive wood flooring.. and I would like to rent it to people who use my place with care as they do their own home.. I hope this is the case with you! Check ins and out time is flexible between 8 A.M. to 8 P.M provided there is no back to back bookings. If you wish to check in or check out other than this time frame, it could be possible with extra charges of +5 euros per each hour before 8h00 and after 20H00.
