It sleeps four people. It is approximately 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden and winter heating. You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of San Polo di Tarano, where you will find shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 5 km (roughly 3.1 miles) and a grocery store at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards). Casa Norberto E is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps. To stay at Casa Norberto E you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate. The Norberto Apartments are part of a farm which is located on the top of a hill, above the medieval village of San Polo Sabino. The region, which is known as Bassa Sabina, is famous for its wines, its hiking trails, its beautiful hills. The farm is at 350 metres above the sea and occupies about 60.000 square metres of the hill's land, that are cultivated with olive trees. The complex consists of three country houses divided into 8 apartments. The apartments, although being carefully maintained and provided with all modern conveniences, still keep the traditional features of the local architecture. The owners, who manage the farm, will be pleased to help you organize tours and give you advice on the main tourist attractions of the area. Swimming Pool 1 The swimming pool is 14 meters (46 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a splendid view of the Sabine hills and of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 5 other apartments. The swimming pool is open all year round. Please kindly note. Swimming Pool 2 The swimming pool is 14 meters (46 feet) large by 2.5 meter (8.2 feet) long, 1 meter (3.2 feet) deep. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the surrounding countryside and of the hills. You will share the pool with guests staying at 5 other apartments. The swimming pool is open all year round. Garden with Jacuzzi pool The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (1.5 by 1.5 meters, 5 by 5 feet) with four seats. In the garden you will find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside and of the hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.  Patio The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Living Room The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a long L-shaped sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through two French doors. Bedroom 1 You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. Bedroom 2 You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. Bathroom The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.   Please kindly note.
