The house, completely renovated, offers you beautiful volumes and the charm of old houses with its high ceilings. Fitted on 3 levels, its atypical layout will seduce you! For parties of 8, you will have access to the ground and first floors only. From 9 to 15 people, all the property is at your disposal. As soon as you enter, you will appreciate the atmosphere of this beautiful house, starting with a large hall serving an equipped kitchen, a large living room opening onto the outside, a lounge, and also a bedroom (1 bed in 140) with a small private bathroom accessible through the corridor (ideal for a person with difficulty to move around), as well as a toilet. The 1st floor opens onto a landing serving as an office, on 1 bedroom (1 bed in 160) with private bathroom, and 4 other bedrooms (with bed in 140), of which 2 can be communicating, a toilet, and a bathroom with toilet. On the 2nd floor (NOTE : accessible only for parties of 9 minimum) : 4 bedrooms (4 beds in 140 cm), 2 of which can be connected, shower room/wc and a room with pool table, sports machines, board games and a lounge/television area: something to delight young and old. The cottage has a courtyard, 3 terraces, 1 of which has a 6-seater spa, a garden with private parking. The house is located at few minutes walking from the village and its amenities, close to the expressway in order to easily reach the surrounding tourist sites such as Damgan with its beautiful family beaches, Rochefort en Terre, and the Branféré Animal Park. The entrance to the property is common with the house next door, then private road within walking distance to access the cottage. Additional options to be settled on site with the owner: - Prices do not include heating and electricity (heating 17€/night) - Cleaning at the end of the stay has to be done by the guests. Optional service for 200€, payment on site directly. - Bed linen: 20€ per bed - Bathroom linen: 10€ per person - Pets accepted for an extra charge ( 5€/day/animal). - Jacuzzi: 65€ per WE, 150€ per week and 200€ per 2 weeks (to be paid to the owner). - Rental of game consoles (Xbox 360 and Wii).
