Ground floor: living room with closed fireplace and TV, separate but communicating kitchen, wc, boiler room. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 130, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 80, bathroom with wc.
