The house of Crafts and Arts, recently renovated and modernized with all the comfort that a well arranged flat could offer. The double bed is comfortable and spacious, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the New Saint Mary’s church and on the city in general. In the bathroom you’ll find a shower designed to give you a pleasant regenerating break. The apartment, however spacious and welcoming, is recently modernized and furnished by every comfort you could need during your staying: from a well furnished kitchen to sterilized linens and towels. Located at the first floor, as well as the last one, will allow you to admire a city glimpse from the window. We have choosen this name for the intrinsic historical value of the apartment: the whole building stands on the ruins of an ancient tannery of Etruscan leather and on the top of the main entrance you’ll see, engraved on the rock, the official coat of arms of the ancient Guild of Crafts and Arts. The street where’s situated the flat, “Leather’s street”, takes its name poperly from the building. It is a cross of “Garibaldi’s street”, one of the most important and characteristic street of Perugia, where you could visit and discover one of the city flagship: “Saint Angelo’s temple”. You can also reach, with a short walk full immersed among the monuments of the city, “Corso Vannucci”(the main street), “IV November square” (the main Square) and “Fontana Maggiore”. We are pleased to leave you the entire apartment available. At your arrival you’ll find bed sheets and towels rigorously sterilized, a well furnished kitchenette, heating, kettle, hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel, internet WI-FI. At the same time as the reservation we’ll send you by mail all the details to reach easily the apartment and how to find the most comfortable parking for you. Anyway, We’ll remain at your disposal to satisfy every doubt both before and during your staying. At your arrival, we’ll wait you at the flat to give you the keys and to respond to every questions and curiosities. We want you to come back home with good memories of Perugia, for this we put at your disposal our passion e knowledge of the City, as well as Italian, English and Spanish. We only use white bed sheets and towels, for sterilized its everytime, whashing at high temperature. You can arrive when you want, we don’t have check-in deadtime and, if you want, we have installed a Masterlock with a security code if you’ll prefer a Self Check-in.
