The comfortable apartment “Ferienwohnung Grün”, part of the holiday lodge “Pfandlerhof”, is situated outside of the village St. Martin in the scenic Passeier Valley (Val Passiria), which is a perfect area for hiking, mountain biking or skiing holidays. The wheelchair-accessible apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, satellite and cable television, a baby cot and a highchair. You can start your day with a coffee on the balcony, marvelling at the incredible mountain panorama and the views of the valley - known for its many hours of sunshine. The private outdoor area also comprises a garden, where you can relax and spend the evenings with delicious meals from the communal barbecue. For children, there is also a playground on the premises. The nearest supermarkets, cafés and restaurants can all be found a 4-minute drive (2.5 km) away, in St. Martin. From the village you can drive to the “Stuller Wasserfälle”, some of Europe’s highest waterfalls in 20 minutes (16 km), and in winter, the nearest ski lifts can be reached in 30 minutes by car (21.5 km). The city of Merano, famous for its spa resorts, is located a 20-minute drive (15.5 km) away, while South Tyrol’s capital Bolzano is a 45-minute drive (46 km) from the apartment. Parking spaces are available on the property, and there is also a private garage. Pets are allowed for an extra fee Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
