Art-Haus is a multi-award winning luxurious, dog friendly eco property located 200m from unspoilt Putty Beach (Killcare Surf Patrolled Beach) and within walking distance from Hardy's Bay village and minutes from renowned Bells of Killcare restaurant. The main area compromises of two bedrooms and a bathroom separated by a mezzanine level, aptly named after the beautiful art from Robert “Bob” Hill) -Dancing Stalk (Queen Bed) and -Contented Pelican (2 king single beds or king bed). Both bedrooms have private access to the wrap around balcony allowing you to lie in bed, protected by screens enjoying the sea breeze and sounds of nature. The lower level provides a studio or family room fitted with queen bed, and single bed (by request). The studio also has a sofa and wall mounted flat-screen TV and is complete with an ensuite opening to a large timber deck, private outdoor H/C shower, furnished with an outdoor sofa and timber table setting to relax in the private and protec garden.
