A 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with private courtyard garden and undercover parking in a quiet tree lined street. Located in one of Subiaco's favoured locations, close to Kings Park, the hospital precinct, the UWA and the Swan river and with good access to the cafe strip, excellent shopping and public transport. Fully refurbished, this apartment has been tastefully furnished and fully equipped for short stay guests. This is a self catering apartment. Our cleaner will usually attend weekly during your stay and will do a quick clean and change bed linen and towels. During the Covid restrictions she cannot always attend, but you will then be provided with second set of sheets and towels should your stay extend beyond a week. Minimum 5 nights.
