Villa Ibis is a cozy and welcoming villa in a quiet position, in the Apulian countryside, a short distance from the sea. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Ibis you will enjoy a view of the sea and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Ibis is 180 square meters (1940 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a wide private terrace, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Racale, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Torre Suda beach) at 4 km (roughly 2.5 miles). You will reach Villa Ibis from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps. To stay at Villa Ibis you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate. Please kindly note. Swimming Pool The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 2.30 meters (7.5 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, a wooden gazebo and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside and of the sea at a distance. Here you will also find a barbecue. Terrace The terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a view of the surrounding countryside and of the sea at a distance. Top LevelLiving Room The furnishings of the living room are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa. There is a small fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven and a refrigerator with freezer. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window. Bedroom 1 You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is an elegant fireplace decorated.
